Inspired by the BTS song "Permission to Dance," the name Permission to Change embodies the energy and hope we want to bring to Manokwari’s MSMEs, urging them to take the steps needed to make their businesses greener. With our training, these businesses are learning how to reduce single-use plastics and adopt sustainable practices — all while enhancing their brand image and customer engagement!

Weekly Training Sessions
Each Saturday in June 2022, MSME owners joined our workshops covering essential skills. From waste reduction and eco-friendly packaging alternatives to photography and branding techniques — every week brought new insights and hands-on guidance.-
Week 1: Focused on practical ways MSMEs can cut down on waste and switch to sustainable packaging.

Week 2: Enhanced their product photography and video skills, teaching them how to attract customers and tell their story visually.

Week 3: Dived into social media and eco-friendly promotion tips. Plus, thanks to our collaboration with Bank Indonesia, MSMEs learned to use QRIS for seamless digital payments

PTC Expo 🎉
To wrap up the program, we hosted an expo at Manokwari City Mall, giving MSMEs the chance to showcase their new eco-friendly brands to the public. With a month to implement what they learned, each business came prepared to impress, giving Manokwari residents a fresh look at their commitment to sustainability.
