About Us
Our ConservaSea
Our ConservaSea was founded in February 2020, starting with just three members creating educational content on marine issues such as pollution and habitat degradation. These small, passionate steps gradually developed into collaborations with local communities and organizations. Thanks to the positive support of many individuals and institutions, our network has grown to include partnerships with NGOs throughout Indonesia and internationally.
This momentum motivated us to move beyond awareness-raising content to tangible actions on the ground. Our initial initiatives included beach and ocean cleanups with friends and local volunteers. From small actions, we continue to work toward greater contributions for our communities. What began as simple activities has now grown into larger-scale initiatives rooted in three pillars: Educate, Engage, and Empower. Together with local to global communities, we strive to show that meaningful local actions can help address global challenges and contribute to real solutions for our oceans.

Our dedicated team brings together diverse backgrounds, including marine science, biology, informatics engineering, and forestry. This diversity strengthens Our ConservaSea, enabling us to address the complex challenges of marine pollution and habitat degradation in Papua with a more comprehensive and collaborative approach.
